NassfeldNassfeld Ski Arena in Carinthia, Austria’s ‘sunny south,’ is relatively unknown to the British market but, with its modern lift system, excellent snow record and fantastic facilities, it is a great choice for all levels of skiers.
The Millennium Express, the longest gondola in the Alps, takes just 17 minutes to transport you to an altitude in excess of 2,000m. From here you will have access to an impressive 110km of slopes, 30 modern lifts, mountain bars and restaurants galore while enjoying stunning views of both the Austrian and Italian Alps.

Boarders are well catered for. There are two parks with quarter pipes, kickers, table tops and a snow cross park which was the venue of the 2004 Junior World Championships.
There is also an excellent English speaking ski/board school for beginners or those of you wanting to improve your on-slope skills and an excellent children’s ‘Bobo’ ski school.
