Following the announcement of the collapse of the British airline Monarch, the Civil Aviation Authority is repatriating UK travellers – with many thousands of peoples’ holiday plans due to be affected.

With a giant like Monarch going under, you’d be forgiven for worrying whether your holiday-booking money is safe. However, if you’ve booked a ski holiday through Interactive Resorts or one of our sister companies, you can rest easy.

Interactive Resorts is a member of Air Travel Organisers' Licensing (ATOL) and the Travel Trust Association (TTA). These organisations protect paying customers’ money, and their memberships include travel agents, tour operators and travel organisers. With holidays financially protected, paying travellers can book their holidays in the knowledge that their money is safe.

This financial protection applies to travellers booking packages with flights and transfers included, and also to travellers booking accommodation-only holidays with us. In short, our ATOL and TTA membership means you’re booking is 100% safe and secure.

If the ski holiday you’ve booked through Interactive Resorts included charter flights with Monarch, rest assured your tour operator will be sourcing new flights to ensure your holiday can proceed.

For more information on the protection offered by Interactive Resorts, you can find answers to key questions on the TTA website’s FAQ’s section. Of course, we’re always on hand to help with any queries you may have - just call us on 020 3080 0200 or get in touch via our online chat service
