What's On

We’ve got a full programme of activities planned for the big event, with activities for kids and adults alike all day. The doors open at 11am and we’ve brought the Nostalia Steel Band in to play for us.

There’s a Punch and Judy show for the kids at 11.30 along with bouncy castle and face painting all day. They’re performing again at 12.30 and 1.30!

From 1pm to 2.30 the Nostalia Steel Band will play a second set, followed by the Oompah Band bringing an Austrian theme to proceedings from 2.30 till 3.30!

At 3.30 it’s bobble hats at the ready as we attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the largest gathering of people wearing a bobble hat in one place! You can enjoy also chalet-style afternoon tea with Marie Belle Cakes as well as Alpine food stalls and tartiflette!

At 4 - 5pm we’re proud to announce we’ve got après ski favourites Mullit on stage! Mullit have been rocking the Alps hard since 1999 and many of our own sales team members have fond memories of their time working in-resort and partying with these guys. Voted "the most popular band in the French ski resorts" for the last two years running, Mullit are renowned for their huge set lists and energised shows!

We’ll be drawing the Charity Raffle at 5pm, and with so many fantastic prizes up for grabs we’re sure to have some happy winners on our hands!

Then at 5.30 – 6.30 we’ll welcome Mullit back on stage for another hour before closing the fete at 6.30pm.

Aside from all this frivolity, throughout the day we’ll have local ski shops showing their wares, and we’ll be enjoying traditional fête games such as tombola, egg and spoon race and sack race alongside more specialist games such as snowman skittles, splat the marmotte and snowconut shy. We’ll also have a snowboard simulator and a human fruit machine to play on!
