Every season, new designers are creating new trends, and the masses flock to be part of the cool kid crowd. And every season is different. The new dawn of spring brings ditzy floral prints and pretty pastel colours; the heat of summer evokes bold graphic prints against a vibrant neon palette; the crisp air of autumn sees warm earth tones in luxurious rich fabrics; and the fresh snow of winter calls for sharp, smart lines contrasting with cosy, warming textiles.

For me, nothing beats winter. The crunch of freshly fallen snow underfoot. That first breath of crisp mountain air in the morning. The warming joy of the winter sun as it peaks its golden face out through the clouds. But what I love most about this time of year is digging out my trusty old Rossignol ski jacket, snuggling into my snood, and being reunited with my gorgeous faux fur-lined moonboots that have been tucked away in their box since last year. That’s right, the countdown to ski season has begun and I’m eagerly awaiting news of the first snow fall...

Over the next few weeks, keep your eyes peeled for more fashion-forward pieces and discover everything you’ll need to know to hit the slopes in style this coming season. There’ll be a whole host of “How Tos” from “How To Be The Most Tech-Savvy Skier”, to “How To Dress Like The Celebs” and even “How To Dress Your Kids For The Slopes”. There really is set to be something for everyone so stay tuned and get yourself prepped for what’s set to be the best season yet.
