Jobs at Interactive Resorts

The Company

The Interactive Resorts Ethos:

There is one key thing we all have in common here at Interactive Resorts: we love to ski and travel. Everyone works hard and we enjoy heading to the Alps, or further afield, as much as possible over the winter. Many of our staff ski or snowboard three or four times a year, which really helps them get to grips with new resorts and puts them in the best position to sell our holiday packages.

Life at Interactive Resorts:

As the UK’s leading ski agency – covering Europe, North America and Japan – we have thousands of properties to sell. Our medium-sized sales floor is full of passionate staff, most with a ski season or two under their belt, who are hugely passionate about ensuring our clients get the best holiday possible and seamless service to go with it.

On an average day in our Fulham office, we respond to calls, emails and online enquires from clients who want help with their next winter holiday. Thanks to our training, familiarisation trips and the amount of time we spend in ski resorts, we have the expertise to recommend just the right property in the right resort. It’s all about understanding our clients’ needs, sharing our knowledge and securing the best possible holiday to suit their requirements.

If you join our tight-knit team, you can expect an extensive training schedule to ensure you can hit the ground running. Our senior staff are on hand to help you develop your career and to maximise your sales and commission. What’s more, we offer fantastic team incentives and work together to do the best possible job.

We want our staff to enjoy their job, and with a financially competitive package, many ‘work perks’ and a clear progression structure, we’ll be there to ensure that your achievements are rewarded. One of the many perks of working in our Fulham-based office is we love getting together on a sunny Thursday evening at a nearby pub, sometimes with beers courtesy of our industry partners, or going out on team socials – whether it’s heading to the latest pop-up bar or go-karting.  And of course there’s the ski trips! Here are some examples of the fun-filled trips we’ve been on recently.

Full-time permanent position

We are looking for motivated, driven individuals who are passionate about skiing and snowboarding with a real drive to succeed and make the most of our uncapped commission structure – our top senior sales consultants earn in excess of £50,000 annually.

The role:

Our senior sales consultant role is ideal for an experienced salesperson looking to further their career. If you have experience in selling within the ski industry, or strong experience selling in other sectors, you could be the ideal fit for this role.

First and foremost, you will be looking after your own client list, utilising our in-house software and actively selling on the phone (and by email) to match your client’s requirements with the perfect holiday. Senior sales consultants work on an individual commission and bonus scheme, which is uncapped and based on your personal performance. Resort and chalet familiarisation trips are offered each winter as just one of our perks.

There is potential to develop in this role, with promotions and reviews based on personal sales performance and many areas of management that good sellers can be actively involved in. There’s a fantastic package on offer and plenty of opportunity for promotion within the company.
