Product Manager

To manage the product team 

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum plus bonus opportunities

Full-time permanent position 

The Intro:

Interactive Resorts are on the lookout for a diligent, computer savvy Product Manager to work run our Product team maintaining our chalet and hotel portfolio.
An experience in the travel industry is welcomed, but not a must, and the right candidate will be organised and motivated.

The Role:
- To manage our chalet portfolio (currently over 3000 properties) and keeping this up to date with all operator changes. 
- Introduce any new product range that Interactive Resorts take on, to help with the set up and integration of this. 
- Liaising with chalet/hotel operators and our sales manager, to promote special offers and to create new contracts. 
- To assist with and agree and negotiate overrides and incentives where required. 
- Assisting the marketing team on advertising, including the best special offers and keeping these up to date on the websites and training the sales team on new products. 
- To produce a weekly special offers sheets for the sales floor. 
- To be up to date with all availability, pricing and special offers with our operators to make sure we are up to date on the websites. 
- To make sure we are correctly promoting the right special offers and operators on line and liaising with the sales manager. To liaise with the development team to make sure these are automated where possible and correct. To liaise between the sales staff and development team on amendments needed and improvements for the future. 
- To create company newsletter and cordinate the deals and content team.  
- To make sure the content and product information displayed on the website is accurate and in line with the tour operators data. (Including pictures, descriptions, prices, maps.)
- To check the front end websites to make sure all aspects are displayed and working correctly.
- To look after and deal with the complaints for the company and organise our customer relationship management.
- To be fully competent on the internal administration systems and to train staff to use this, manage the product team and liaise with the content team.

  -    Sociable and outgoing, with a good sense of humour
  -    Good numeracy skills
