New Lift Links Les Deux Alpes and Alpe d’Huez

In big news for the many fans of the French ski resorts of Les Deux Alpes and Alpe d’Huez, a brand new lift has been announced that will link the two resorts together. We at Interactive Resorts are really excited by the news, as it adds yet another string to the bow of this already epic part of the Alps.

Summer Skiing

You’d be forgiven for thinking that as soon as the end of April clicks round in the Alps, the sun shines, the snow disappears and ski resorts become ghost towns till November. Our Win Your Holiday article winner: Chatel, We Salute You!

The restaurants in the village cater for every need and are very child friendly. On the slopes there are many types of restaurants and cafes. We used Pleine Dranse a great deal for lunch which was very good. Considering it was one of the most busiest weeks of the year the service was excellent. Value for money it was ok.

On Top of the World in Meribel!

Our group of 20 came to Meribel on 04/01/2014 for a week long ski holiday. We stayed at the Chalet Bachal, close to the Morel ski lift. The chalet was lovely. It was warm, comfortable and the chalet hosts were friendly and helpful. The food we had was lovely all week and all of the dietary requirements were catered for superbly.
