Skiing over Easter is one of life's great pleasures, with blue skies, soft snow, long lunches and no sign of those freezing January temperatures! Prices can also be a lot more reasonable than during the February half term or over the New Year, so these weeks can be a great time to treat the children to a week of skiing.
Soft snow can be a worry for some, so it's best to go for high resorts and those with glacier access. Zermatt, Tignes and Val Thorens are all strong resorts for spring skiing, but less expensive options like La Plagne and Les Arcs also work really well, with broad terrain and an excellent lift infrastructure.
