Good food and wine are one of the most important parts of any great holiday, and we are passionate about cooking and plating-up rich, delicious food that you will remember long after your holiday is over.

For this reason, only professional chefs are ever employed with a wealth of experience in restaurant kitchens, to ensure guests are provided with only the best gourmet cuisine.

A week’s holiday consists of six catered evenings with complimentary bottled wine.  Your chalet staff have 2 full days off, so during the week, guests will enjoy five fully catered days of cooked breakfasts, afternoon tea and a 4-course dinner.  On one of the staff evenings off, we offer a 2-course Savoyard specialty, which guests will be able to serve themselves in the comfort of the chalet.  On the other night, you have the opportunity to sample the local cuisine in the village.  On both staff days off, guests will receive a continental breakfast and afternoon tea.

Breakfast is plentiful, with a choice of cereals, croissants and breads, fruit yoghurts, porridge and a cooked option 5 days out of 7.  Not just an egg slapped on your plate though, we will serve a variety of sausages, bacon, beans, mushrooms, eggs done all ways throughout the week (as well as other great options).

Afternoon tea is a tradition not to be missed after a long day on the slopes, and we won’t disappoint with our freshly baked cake or biscuits, French baguettes and a selection of teas and filter coffee waiting on the table for your arrival. On colder days mulled wine may await you on your return!

Dinners are sumptuous 4-course affairs, using fresh, seasonal ingredients.  Why not start off the evening with an aperitif from our affordable honesty bar, before sitting down to a lovely dinner, ending with a selection of local cheeses to try, all accompanied by unlimited bottled red and white wine at the table.  Then retire to one of our many sofas to sleep it off - or maybe a nightcap from the bar, it's up to you.
