The chalet apartment is at the top of the resort of Val Thorens, offering a great location and fantastic views across the resort. The décor is typically alpine in style with spacious and light open living/dining areas, wood burning stoves and satellite TV.

Most rooms enjoy the bonus of en suite or private facilities with Jacuzzi baths. Guests staying in this chalet will also be able to use the new infinity pool with fabulous views over the Val Thorens Valley in addition to gym facilities.

Also available within the complex will be beauty and well being treatments payable locally for you to enjoy.

Chalets Poire is situated in the Balcons Residence. This position offers excellent access to the skiing 200 metres (approx) from the piste. The Plein Sud lift goes straight past the complex and competent skiers can enjoy the convenience of skiing practically to the door in good conditions.

For beginners the shuttle bus stops right outside reception area for access to the other lifts. The shops and lively bars and restaurants of Val Thorens are just a short walk away.

For guests' convenience there are two restaurants, a bar offering snacks, a ski hire shop and a mini market within the complex.

Start your ski day with fresh bread, a choice of preserves, cereals, porridge (on request), yoghurts, fresh fruit, fruit juice, tea and coffee, plus a cooked option of eggs and other hot items. On your return from the slopes, a freshly baked cake or biscuits with tea and coffee awaits. In the evening, enjoy a delicious, freshly cooked dinner with unlimited wine.

Please note for 2018/19 season, the catering service includes:

· 7 days of breakfast, including 5 cooked and 2 continental breakfasts

· 5 days of homemade afternoon tea and cake

· 5 days of aperitifs and canapés

· 5 days of 3 course evening meals with unlimited Silver level bottled wine until coffee.

· All chalet holidays departing the 16^th February 2019 will receive 1 addition days chalet service of a cooked breakfast, afternoon tea and an evening meal with wine.
