Admin Supervisor

Salary: £20,000

Full-time permanent position 

We are seeking a well-organised, motivated and cheerful individual to join our busy (but fun!) admin/customer service team. The position will involve handling day-to-day administration for clients who have booked holidays through us, among other integral tasks. The successful candidate can expect full training and plenty of travel industry perks.

The role:

As admin supervisor, you’ll be responsible for dealing with our client’s post-booking queries via telephone, e-mail and our online messaging system. When a member of our sales team makes a new booking, you will confirm the details with the relevant tour operator – and make any later amendments if requested by the client. You’ll collect final balance payments from clients by debit and credit card, as well as check and file supplier invoices. You will supervise our admin assistants and assist with the recruitment and training of new staff. Above all, you will ensure that our clients have as smooth an experience as possible.

- Customer service experience/office administration experience

- Confident telephone manner

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to deliver high standards of customer service, even under pressure

- Meticulous attention to detail

- Pride in your work

- Good level of computer literacy


- Knowledge of/experience in the travel industry

- Conscientious, highly motivated and organised

- Sociable and outgoing, with a good sense of humour

- Flexible and committed team player

- Good numeracy skills
